In this 4 week container we will explore:

• Sacred Work of Grief practices including writing prompts, self compassion tools and guided meditations

• Foundations of Ancestral Healing with Ritual by harmonizing your four primary lineages (from training in Foundations of Ritual by Dr.Daniel Foor)

• How to create Earth Altars to nourish the heart and connect to natural landscapes

• Archetypes of Descent and journeys of initiation through loss

This offering will include self study materials delivered in pdf form, pre-recorded guided meditations, and 4 live Zoom calls.

This series is based my work as an End of Life Doula, a BC Bereavement Helpline Traumatic Loss facilitator and Ancestral Healing Practitioner training
