Uteseta, sitting out, and meditation practices (including pre-recorded meditations)
Rituals (blot, sumbl, deity altars and death ceremonies)
Óðrørir “that which creates ecstasy” and the use of ceremonial mead to induce visions and divine inspiration
Bone & Ash : Descent to the Roots
In this 4 week container we will explore:
- Sacred Work of Grief practices including writing prompts, self compassion tools and guided meditations
- Foundations of Ancestral Healing with Ritual by harmonizing your four primary lineages (from training in Foundations of Ritual by Dr.Daniel Foor)
- How to create Earth Altars to nourish the heart and connect to natural landscapes
- Archetypes of Descent and journeys of initiation through loss
