Mentorship Containers, Courses & Series

By enrolling in any mentorship container, course, or series offered through Essence of Ash, you are entering into a committed agreement of participation, presence, and energetic exchange.

1. Commitment to the Container
When you choose to enter a mentorship container, course, or series, you are committing to the full duration of that experience. These offerings are intentionally curated, and your presence is part of the integrity of the space.

Your enrollment secures your place and often results in other participants being turned away. Because of this, your commitment is both respected and expected.

2. Payment & Energy Exchange
All payments are required in full unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in advance.

By completing your payment, you are confirming your commitment to the container and acknowledging these Terms & Conditions.

Payment plans must be completed in full, regardless of participation level.

3. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.

If you choose to withdraw from a mentorship container, course, or series after enrolling, you will not be issued a refund.

Instead, a credit may be offered at the discretion of Essence of Ash. This credit can be applied toward a future offering and must be used within a specified timeframe.

This policy exists to honour the time, energy, and preparation that goes into each offering, as well as the limited spaces available.

4. Transfers & Credits
Credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the original participant unless otherwise agreed upon.

Transfer of enrollment to another person is not guaranteed and must be approved in advance.

5. Participation & Responsibility
You are responsible for your own participation, integration, and engagement within the container.

Missed sessions, calls, or materials will not result in refunds or partial credits.

Recordings or materials may be provided at the discretion of the facilitator.

6. Changes to Offerings
Essence of Ash reserves the right to make adjustments to the structure, dates, or delivery of an offering if necessary. Any changes will be communicated with care and transparency.

7. Agreement
By enrolling in any mentorship container, course, or series, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
